Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of their intended service(s). 

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment and we are unable reach you, you will be charged 50% of your intended service(s).

In order to keep to these guidelines credit cards are required to be put on file when booking your appointment.
